- “Browser Information” means provided by a browser, including the IP address, the website visited, network connection, device information, and other data, including Cookies.
- “Contact Information” means basic personal details, including such information as first and last name, company name, email address, postal address, phone number, and may include social media account information.
- “Payment Information” means, for example, credit card, ACH or other payment information.

Dispatch and Delivery :-
Dispatch and delivery of products will be done on availability of products. No claim will be entertainment regarding non delivery or late delivery. It is sole discretion of SastaG. We are serving only in India in specific city and accept order and deliver only for there. Before making any order please check your area Pin/Zip code on products page.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
- Returns request will be entertained within 48 hours of goods delivery. Only, in the case of manufacturing defects, replacement requests up to a period of 7 days will be entertained.Products cololr may vary and will be delivered as per availability.
- In case of a return request is placed within 48 hours of goods delivery, where the buyer is not satisfied with the product quality, the goods can be returned back to SastaG by the buyer or through reverse shipment option of SastaG. Option of Money refund / credit note is available as per buyer’s choice in this case. For refunds, buyer needs to update his bank account details in the Bank Details section. Any wrong information furnished or wrong account updated by the buyer and money refunded to wrong account will be treated as a proper refund and SastaG will not be liable to again refund the money.
- In case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if request is placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. For defects, SastaG will send replacement with the next order. Only in case goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued which can be used against the next order. Refunds will not be given in this case.
- Returns made for unnecessary reasons will affect customer’s ratings on SastaG. Delivery of the goods, ordered by a repeat customer, will depend on the sole discretion of SastaG based on the risk assessment or the past transaction history of the buyer.
Buyer ratings and future supply to the buyer remains unaffected in case of returns arising because of the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defects or damaged goods
- Goods received are different from the product description on the website
- Customer Contact us on info@localhost to register their return request. Our customer representative will ask the customer to send a digital photograph of the goods. Our team will provide the customer with all the necessary help required with the return process.
- All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.
- In case of alternate payment options (COD, Credit/Debit Card, etc.), bank account details provided by customers will be used to refund money back. Bank account holder name should be same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.
- In case, part(s) of shipment are returned: Cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.
- Under all cases, reverse shipments costs are borne by the customer. SastaG reserves the right to waive of shipping in case of defectives or wrong items based on its discretion. SastaG may also waive the return courier charges base on its schemes from time to time.
- In case of returns from orders where SastaG has offered FREE shipping, SastaG reserves to charge for one side or to and fro shipping and adjust it against the refund amount.
RETURN AN ITEM:
To return an item ordered:
- Using Website: Customer can place return request in the order section of the website in the order history. This is the most preferred option and user needs to carefully select the reasons for return.
- Using Email: Customer can email us return request on: info@SastaG.in
Once a return request is received by SastaG; a customer service representative will share the return process over a call within 24-48 hours. They will also explain how to generate a return mailing label and prepare the return documentation, if required.
Alternatively, the Customer can send the goods from any other reliable courier that will deliver to the SastaG office on the customer (sender)’s expense.
Our customer service representative will send the customer an e-mail or will inform them on phone explaining the complete return process, and the estimated date on which the return items will be picked up.
However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:
- Product has to be in original & unused state
- Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
- We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
NOTE: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account / credit card / debit card etc. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer by SastaG. Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.
Customer can cancel the Order, if it has not been shipped by SastaG already.
- Any decision on returns of the product(s) through SastaG.com is at the sole discretion of SastaG and the decision of SastaG shall be final and binding.
- SastaG reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
- The terms of returns are governed by SastaG.
- SastaG is not delivering any items outside of India.
